Paula Hinton Speaks at Practising Law Institute’s Pocket MBA 2024

Partner and Executive Committee member Paula Hinton spoke on “What is it Worth? Valuations” at the Pocket MBA 2024: Finance for Lawyers and Other Professionals program hosted by the Practising Law Institute.

This panel explored the concept of “value” and what to look for in a valuation. From this session, participants learned to:

• Improve their understanding of historical financial analysis.
• Identify differing valuation approaches.
• Apply valuation methodologies in the context of M&A, fairness opinions, disputes, commercial damages, and debt capacity.
