Scott Cohen Presents Predictive Coding Webinar

Winston & Strawn director of eDiscovery support services Scott Cohen presented a webinar titled “Predictive Coding Minus the Hype – How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Predictive Coding” on June 10, 2014. The webinar was hosted by Equivio and moderated by Equivio vice president of regional sales Avi Elkoni. Jon Lavinder, director of technology-assisted review at DTI, also spoke.

The webinar evaluated the potential cost savings and effectiveness of predictive coding technology and discussed the predictive coding process. Specific topics included:

• How to discuss predictive coding with risk-averse corporations
• The roles of the various players in a predictive coding project
• Tips to help you prepare for the initial project as well as an actionable plan for future cases
• The importance of preparing a proper protocol for a predictive coding project
