On April 13, 2012, Cardelle Spangler spoke at the 2012 National Summit of Black Women Lawyers held in Chicago. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the annual summit which captures the variety and experience of black women in the legal profession.
Cardelle Spangler spoke on the "The Employee From Hell" panel. She was joined by John Hendrickson, of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Jessica Kimbrough of United Airlines, and Stephanie Seay Kelly of Littler Mendelson P.C. Gerald Pauling, of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, served as moderator.
