The Corporate Dealmakers Forum 2024

Winston & Strawn was proud to sponsor the Corporate Dealmakers Forum (formerly known as The Deal Economy), which took place on June 4, 2024, at the Union League Club in New York.  This one-day, in-person conference explored the opportunities, obstacles, and risks dealmakers face in the current environment and how to navigate through them. The agenda explored topics such as AI in M&A, ESG, shareholder activism, rep & warranty insurance, election year volatility, and PE market trends.
