Three Winston & Strawn Associates Selected for 2022 LCLD Fellows and Pathfinder Programs

Winston & Strawn is a long-time member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) and sponsors the participation of our attorneys in its Fellows and Pathfinder programs each year.

Our 2022 LCLD Fellow is Senior Associate Saranya Raghavan, and our Pathfinders participants are Associates Cesie Alvarez and Marcus Garcia. This program trains early-career attorneys in leadership, network building, and other career development strategies.

Winston Partners Sofia Arguello, Kobi Kennedy Brinson, Steve Flores, Francisco Flores, Donald Goff, and Tim Kincaid are all Fellows program alums. Past participants in the Pathfinder program include Associates Nasir Hussain, Masae Ellis, Dion Robbins, and Sean Suber. 

LCLD is made up of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners, working to build a more open and diverse legal profession.
