Tony Busch Speaks at ABA’s 12th Annual U.S. Export Controls Year-In-Review Event

On February 16, Winston & Strawn Associate Tony Busch spoke at the American Bar Association’s U.S. Export Controls Year-In-Review webinar, which reviewed U.S. export controls that targeted Russia, Belarus, and China in 2022, in addition to various developments that occurred under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and proposed policy changes.

At this event, Tony discussed the Foreign Direct Product Rule as well as other EAR developments that took place throughout 2022.
