Winston Achieves 2019 WILEF Gold Standard Certification

Winston & Strawn is pleased to announce that we have been honored with Gold Standard Certification from the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF). This is a key metric for assessing progress toward achieving greater diversity with respect to women in large law firms.

WILEF Certification emphasizes the leadership roles attained by women partners, rather than a firm’s policies or practices or overall number of women partners. WILEF Gold Standard firms are those with 300 or more practicing lawyers in the United States in which women represent a meaningful percentage of their equity partners, their highest leadership positions, their governance and compensation committees, and their most highly compensated partners.
