Winston Achieves Prestigious Mansfield Certification Plus Status for Seventh Consecutive Year

We are proud to announce that Winston has earned Mansfield Certification Plus status for the 2023-2024 period. We have achieved this prestigious recognition every year since its inception in 2017. 

Mansfield Certification is a science-backed and data-driven process designed to ensure all qualified talent has a fair and equal opportunity to be considered for advancement into leadership roles. Each year, the certification criteria become more challenging to meet. 

A key requirement for certification is to broaden the pool of talent considered for leadership roles. Diverse leadership is vitally important because it results in more equitable and inclusive decisions that benefit our workforce and clients. We are very proud of Winston’s diverse leadership.
