Winston Advises on M&A Atlas Awards’ North America M&A Deal of the Year

Motorola Solutions’ disposition of its Enterprise business to Zebra Technologies received the North America M&A Deal of the Year in the $1-5 billion range at the 7th Annual M&A Atlas Awards. A Winston & Strawn team led by Matt Costigan and Oscar David served as counsel to Motorola Solutions in the deal.
The M&A Atlas Awards, presented by Global M&A Network, are the only industry awards to exclusively honor excellence for executing transactions valued above $1 billion in the categories of deals, teams, and outstanding firm of the year awards. Winners were honored at the awards gala and dinner ceremony, held on March 31, 2015, in New York.
