New York – April 22, 2025 – Winston & Strawn LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Kotulski as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Located in the New York office, Amy will lead all business services functions of the firm, driving firmwide operational excellence in support of the firm’s growth and strategic objectives. Amy will also be responsible for cultivating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that fosters engagement and empowers professionals at all levels of the organization to excel in their fields.

Amy brings more than two and a half decades of operations experience, having recently served as Executive Director of North America Operations at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she was responsible for leading BCG’s operations, administrative services, procurement, and travel functions for North America and Costa Rica. Prior to that, she was responsible for designing and leading operations for BCG’s largest office globally, of over 1,000 staff. Amy has also served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of Make Meaning, an international multi-unit retail entertainment concept. In this role, she was responsible for the retailer’s global P&L, franchising and marketing communications strategy for all locations. Amy is a frequent speaker on a variety of topics related to corporate operations, workplace innovation and employee mental health and wellness.
