Winston & Strawn Expands in Paris with Addition of Restructuring & Special Situations Team led by Julie Cittadini

Paris, April 4, 2025 –The Paris office of Winston & Strawn announced today its continued growth with the addition of four lawyers to establish its new Restructuring & Special Situations practice.
The team, led by partner Julie Cittadini, includes three associates: Amélie Jungbluth, Leïla Bouhamidi, and Diane Zammit. They advise both French and international clients, whether debtors or creditors, on crisis management, financial, and operational restructurings, in both amicable and judicial contexts.
