Winston & Strawn was featured in Secondaries Investor’s 2022 Law Firm Survey, which provides a snapshot of law firms’ secondaries work last year by volume, deal count, strategy, and more.

In 2021, Winston & Strawn advised 100+ secondary transactions with a total value of $4 billion. 80% of the firm’s deal volume was on traditional LP secondaries and 20% was on GP-led transactions.
