Winston & Strawn Named a 2022 Sports & Betting Practice Group of the Year by Law360

Winston & Strawn’s Sports Law Practice was chosen as one of Law360’s 2022 Sports & Betting Practice Groups of the Year. In this annual award series, Law360 highlights up to five practice groups that secured the biggest litigation victories or deals of the previous year. This is the third consecutive year that Winston’s Sports Law Practice has received this distinction.

In a profile for Law360, the group was recognized for their victory on behalf of the world-famous U.S. Women’s National Team in their equal pay suit, as well as for their work as lead counsel in a class action on behalf of professional swimmers against the Swiss-based governing body, Fédération Internationale de Natation. In addition to their work representing players, the profile also highlighted the groups corporate work, representing owners and others in the industry in development and financing.
