Winston & Strawn Recognized at P3 Awards 2018

Winston attorneys are recognized in the Best Road/Bridge/Tunnel Project and Best Financial Structure categories for work on the Colorado Central 70 Reconstruction Project at the P3 Awards 2018, held on October 9, 2018. The firm was also shortlisted in the Best Transit Project and Legal Advisor of the Year categories. Within the Best Transit Project category, a New York-based team is recognized for their representation of the lenders in the MBTA AFC 2.0 Project, which is the first project delivered by the MBTA as a public private partnership (PPP or P3) and the first of its kind in the United States.

Now in its fifth year, the awards recognize companies and organizations involved in P3’s across Canada, Latin America, and the United States.
