Winston & Strawn Recognized in PEI Fund Formation League Table Ranking

Winston & Strawn has been ranked 4^thon Private Equity International’s Fund Formation League Table based on the number of closed funds advised on and total capital of underlying vehicles with 35 total funds formed. The rankings cover blind pool private equity funds that had a final close date between October 1, 2022 and September 30, 2023. The 10 most active firms advised on at least 420 private equity funds over the qualifying period. By total value of funds closed, the top 10 firms gathered approximately $629 billion between them.
