Winston & Strawn represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC as joint bookrunning managers of a secondary offering by selling shareholders of 39.675 million ordinary shares of Clarivate Analytics plc., a global leader in providing trusted insights and analytics to accelerate the pace of innovation. The offering was priced at $16.00 per share, representing gross proceeds to the selling shareholders of $634.8 million. The selling shareholders included affiliated funds of Onex Corporation and Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA), together with certain other shareholders.
