Winston & Strawn is proud to sponsor the 2023 USC Gould School of Law Intellectual Property Institute taking place March 20-21 at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica, California.
The event draws together over 600 IP professionals for discussions on analyzing topics, emerging issues, and best practices in copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, and related fields. Partner Diana Leiden will lead a discussion on proving and arguing monetary remedies in copyright, trade secret, and trademark disputes.
Among other topics, the 2023 IP Institute will include sessions on the following:
