Winston & Strawn Sponsors 33rd Annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition and Gala Awards

Winston & Strawn’s Restructuring and Insolvency Practice was a proud sponsor of the 33rd annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition and Gala Awards. 

The Gala is the culminating event of the annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition. Organized by the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and St. John’s University School of Law, this competition attracts more than 50 law school teams, making it the largest single-site appellate moot court competition in the nation. The ABI Endowment Fund generously provides $13,000 in cash prizes to the top teams and individuals.
