Winston & Strawn Wins M&A Advisor’s 2018 Asia Deal of the Year

Winston & Strawn’s representation of Porton USA, L.L.C. (PUSA) in the acquisition of J-Star Research, Inc. (J-STAR) was named “2018 Asia Deal of the Year” at M&A Advisor’s Tenth Annual International M&A Awards on June 18, 2018 in New York. Award recipients were selected through an independent judging panel of industry experts who evaluated nominations representing more than 250 individual companies from across the world on a wide range of deals valued at over $10 million. 

Corporate Partner Pat Doyle led the team on this strategic transaction, which allows PUSA to accelerate the integrated outsourcing services in the development and manufacturing of new drugs.
