Winston & Strawn’s Secondment Program Featured in The American Lawyer

Winston & Strawn provides clients with the best talent and trial attorneys through a number of learning and development initiatives that start on an attorney’s first day. One of these is our DA secondment program, which partners with district and state’s attorneys’ offices where associates get first chair experience. The program, which allows fifth- and sixth-year associates to gain trial experience, not only tests attorneys' talent in the courtroom but provides resources in the heavily burdened local prosecutors’ offices.
