Winston Attorneys Named to D Magazine’s 2025 Best Lawyers Under 40 List

Winston & Strawn Dallas attorneys Ahtoosa Amini Dale, Nathan Lee, and Alex Wolens have been recognized on D Magazine’s 2025 Best Lawyers Under 40 list recognizing the city’s up-and-coming attorneys. Attorneys named to the list are nominated by Dallas lawyers who have witnessed their work firsthand, vetted by D Magazine staff, and selected by an anonymous panel of esteemed lawyers.

Ahtoosa is a trial lawyer with significant courtroom experience in both federal and state court, as well as arbitrations. Her practice focuses on patent and intellectual property litigation across a broad spectrum of technologies. She also has experience representing corporations and individuals in complex commercial litigation including employment and business disputes, class actions, consumer privacy, and product liability.

Nathan is a commercial litigator who has represented clients in state and federal courts across the nation. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, specifically, software and technology disputes. In addition to his practice in the technology space, Nathan also focuses his work on products liability and mass torts.

Alex is a trial lawyer who focuses on complex civil and criminal litigation. She has represented companies and individuals in cases throughout the United States involving allegations of patent infringement, illegal market allocation under the antitrust laws, healthcare fraud, business torts, federal civil rights violations, and a variety of commercial disputes.
