Winston Earns Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Certification Plus for Sixth Consecutive Year

We are pleased to report that Winston has achieved 2022—2023 Mansfield Certification Plus. The firm has earned this prestigious recognition every single year since its inception in 2017. The Mansfield Certification process is a data-driven approach designed to ensure that all talent has a fair and equitable opportunity to advance into leadership roles.
Mansfield Certification is awarded to law firms that consider broad slates of qualified candidates for lateral hiring and leadership roles. In addition, certified firms must create open and transparent processes to ensure all qualified lawyers have equal access to leadership paths including client pitch teams, promotions, and appointments.
The “Plus” designation, which Winston has earned every year, is awarded only to those firms that achieve diverse representation in their leadership ranks. Only half of the certified firms achieved this honor this year.
Diverse leadership results in more equitable and inclusive decisions that benefit our entire workforce and our clients. We are very proud of Winston’s diverse leadership.
