Winston eDiscovery Professionals Speak at EDI Leadership Summit

John Rosenthal, chair of Winston & Strawn’s eDiscovery & Information Governance Practice, and Scott Cohen, an eDiscovery managing director, spoke at EDI’s 8^th Annual Leadership Summit. Winston also sponsored the event.

John litigates complex commercial, antitrust, and false advertising cases. He also has expansive experience in all areas of electronic discovery, privacy, information governance, and data breach. Scott is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s litigation support technology, electronic discovery operations, and document review center management.
