Winston Hosts Construction Rules CLE Program With the American Arbitration Association

Winston & Strawn hosted a presentation on the American Arbitration Association (AAA)’s newly revised Construction Rules that advance the AAA's commitment to efficient arbitration and mediation in the Construction Industry.

Kate Raum, director of ADR services for the AAA’s construction division, highlighted the most impactful changes to the Rules while Jerry Hoover, AAA and ICDR panelist, and Winston attorneys Laurens J. Wilkes and Caitlin Gernert offered insights into the practical effects of the rules changes.
