Winston Hosts Multi-Discipline Management of Technology IP Training Program

Winston & Strawn hosted the Multi-Discipline Management of Technology (MMOT) Intellectual Property training program in our Washington, D.C. office July 13-17, 2015. The MMOT program was sponsored by Cornerstone IP Foundation of Taiwan with the support of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) of Taiwan. The program entailed a three-month initial training in Taiwan followed by a two-month intensive training in the United States, covering the law and policy of intellectual property, the practices of technology transfer, and other business and marketing issues concerning technology management.
The following Winston partners presented at the seminar:
- John Rosenthal discussed “Process and Strategy of Discovery in U.S. Litigation”;
- Chuck Klein, chair of the complex commercial litigation practice, presented “Pharmaceutical Patent Litigation: ANDA Cases and Biologics.”
