On March 13, Winston hosted a panel discussion titled “Deepening Impactful Client Relationships.” Moderated by Chicago Finance partner, April Doxey, the panel featured a distinguished group of women decision-makers/executives including Julie Klaff (Partner at Origami Capital Partners), Betsy Booth (Partner at Twin Brook Capital Partners), Toral Stack (Senior Vice President at Bank of America), and Katie Hockman (Head of Debt Capital Markets at The Vistria Group).
Eva Davis, chair of Winston’s Transactions Department, opened the panel, setting the stage for an engaging dialogue. Against the backdrop of insightful exchanges, the panelists delved into various pertinent topics, ranging from the meticulous criteria guiding counsel selection to invaluable networking advice tailored both for emerging professionals and seasoned experts alike. Moreover, they candidly shared stories of navigating unconscious biases, offering pragmatic insights into the art of graceful resolution.
