Winston London Office Expansion Featured in Law.com International

Winston & Strawn’s recently completed London office expansion at 100 Bishopsgate, situated in the heart of London, was featured in Law.com International. We moved into the 100 Bishopsgate space in June 2023 and recently added an extra 5,000 square feet to complete our fit-out of the entire 33rd floor. The newly designed 20,000 square-foot office space promotes a flexible work environment, incorporating a mix of two-person offices, open-plan workstations, and adaptable alternative workspaces, all enhanced with cutting-edge technology to accommodate various work styles and foster collaboration.

While visiting London, Chairman Steve D’Amore spoke with Law.com International about the new space and said, “Growing our London office is a key priority for Winston. As a vital hub for our cross-border practice, the London office is integral in enhancing our capacity to deliver comprehensive, multi-jurisdictional support that aligns with our clients’ strategic business objectives worldwide.”

The location of the 100 Bishopsgate building was chosen to meet the firm's standards for a high-quality, modern work environment while also prioritizing sustainability. The building operates on renewable electricity and features energy-efficient installations, earning a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ sustainability and ActiveScore Gold rating. Notably during this move, we collaborated with The ITSA Digital Trust to refurbish and repurpose IT equipment for educational and social initiatives in Africa and the UK.
