Winston New York Hosts Private Equity “Crash Course” for Emerging Leaders

Winston’s New York Private Equity Team hosted its second annual Private Equity “Crash Course” on legal deal-making earlier this month, led by Transactions Partners Lilli Scalettar and Eric Kaufman.

Several Winston partners and associates, along with Kyle Binnington and Alex Stern of Vanbridge, hosted a half-day private equity seminar curated for emerging leaders, covering a range of topics, including deal process; purchase agreements; R&W insurance; incentive equity arrangements; common tax structures; debt financing; and stockholder, LLC, and limited partnership agreements, followed by an evening of baseball in a private suite at Yankee Stadium.
