Winston Partners Selected to Serve on Law360 2019 Editorial Advisory Boards

Winston & Strawn Partners David Greenspan, Paula Hinton, and Jennifer Kurtis have been selected to serve on Law360’s 2019 editorial advisory boards. With respect to their individual practice areas, advisory board members provide Law360 feedback on the publication’s coverage, as well as professional insight on how best to shape future reporting.

Selected to serve on the sports advisory board, David is an accomplished antitrust, sports, and commercial litigator and chair of Winston’s college sports sub-practice. He has litigated cases involving antitrust law, labor law, licensing, agent regulation, active and retired player rights and collegiate athlete rights. He regularly represents the NFL Players Association and NFL players. This is the second year in a row that David has been selected to serve on the board.

Paula was selected to serve on the trials advisory board. Paula is a go-to trial lawyer in high-stakes litigation. She has been named to Top 250 Women in Litigation by Benchmark and has been recognized by Chambers USA for her skills in commercial litigation and mass tort litigation/class actions. She received the Texas Lawyer Lifetime Achievement award in 2018.

Jennifer was selected to serve on the private equity editorial advisory board. Jennifer’s practice focuses on representing private equity funds, family offices, fundless sponsors, and public and private companies in acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and public and private securities offerings.
