Winston Partners Speak at SFNet’s 76th Annual Convention

Winston & Strawn Partners Jordan Klein and Bill Brewer spoke at SFNet’s 76th Annual Convention. 

On November 18, Jordan Klein spoke on a panel titled “Confronting Industry Legal Issues: from a Business Person's Perspective in a Bad Economy,” which covered best practices for mitigating risk through legal documentation.

Bill Brewer spoke on “SFNet's Cross-Border Lending Summit Presents: Canadian Potpourri” on November 19. This panel looked at to what extent Canada is seeing true cross-collateralization in light of 956, as well as a deep dive into provincial items.
