Winston Ranked as a 2023 Best Law Firm for Women and Diversity

Winston & Strawn has been ranked as one of the 50 Best Law Firms for Women and Diversity by Seramount. This is the second year in a row that Winston’s commitment to DEI has been recognized by Seramount.

Traditionally, this award recognized law firms that create pathways for women to achieve leadership roles. This year, Seramount expanded the criteria for the award to include all under-represented groups.
