Winston Recognized in 2023 IAM Patent 1000 Rankings

Winston & Strawn’s Intellectual Property Practice has been recognized in the 2023 IAM Patent 1000 rankings.

Winston is one of only 11 firms that merited a national Gold Tier ranking. IAM identifies firms ranked in the Gold Tier as the “crème de la crème,” with “reputations established over lengthy periods of time.” The firm’s California, Washington, D.C., Texas, Illinois, North Carolina, and New York practices were also ranked.

Rankings were compiled following an extensive research process. Over five months, IAM conducted approximately 1,800 interviews with attorneys and in-house counsel to gather market intelligence on the leading firms and players in the field.

Additionally, 21 Winston attorneys were listed among 2023’s recommended patent attorneys.
