Winston’s Pro Bono Team Recognized by the Family Defense Center
September 29, 2016
Winston & Strawn will receive the 2016 pro bono firm recognition award at The Family Defense Center’s eighth annual Let Kids Play Celebration on September 29 in Chicago. The benefit acknowledges the Family Defense Center’s groundbreaking work defending families against the vague and unfair “inadequate supervision” category of child neglect and celebrates the freedom of parents to let their kids play without consequences from child protective services. Winston will be recognized for the Lisa F. and Natasha Felix cases.
Partner Kimball Anderson, along with his wife Karen Anderson, will serve as event chairs.
