Winston & Strawn proudly sponsored the 2024 Sedona Conference on Global Intellectual Property Litigation in Munich, Germany, from March 5-6, 2024. Partner Brian Ferguson served as conference co-chair and moderated the in-house counsel panel.
As moderator, Brian led in-house counsel members from various communications and life sciences companies in a discussion on some of the most pressing issues facing in-house counsel today, including using the Unified Patent Court, standards-essential patents and FRAND rate determinations, and overseeing patent litigation on a global scale.
