Winston Sponsors and Steve Antion Speaks at USC Gould School of Law’s ICC 2018

Winston & Strawn Private Equity Partner Steve Antion will speak at USC Gould School of Law’s Institute for Corporate Counsel (ICC) on December 5. The Institute brings together over 500 professionals annually for programming focused on Los Angeles’ evolving business environment, as well as best practices and changes in the law which can impact business operations. Winston is a sponsor of the event and Private Equity Practice Co-Chair Eva Davis serves on the ICC Board of Governors.

Steve will moderate a panel titled “Developments in Middle Market M&A,” which will discuss the latest trends in middle market M&A, including transaction terms relating to risk allocation, non-reliance disclaimers, fraud carve-outs, representation and warranty insurance, CFIUS reviews, data security and privacy, and sexual harassment and workplace violations in the context of M&A transactions.
