Winston & Strawn is a proud sponsor of The Center for Family Representation’s (CFR) inaugural conference “Keeping Families Home for Good: Collateral Consequences of Family Regulation Cases.” Taking place virtually on October 12, the conference will consist of three separate panels focusing on the collateral consequences that can accompany family regulation cases: challenges with housing and public benefits, immigration considerations, and concurrent criminal cases. Presenters will also offer best practices for representing clients when they encounter these collateral matters.
