Winston & Strawn Assists Photosol in Refinancing

Winston & Strawn LLP assisted the Photosol group, an independent renewable energy producer, as part of its refinancing of a portfolio of 11 photovoltaic power plants in mainland France and the Réunion, including ground-mounted and rooftop systems, with a capacity of 64.1 MWp.

The €103M loan was taken out with Natixis Energeco, Banque Postale, Bpifrance, Banque Palatine, and Crédit du Nord, for a term of 17 years.

The Photosol group was assisted by Winston & Strawn Partner Jérôme Herbet and Associates Aurélie Camard and Rim Khirddine. It was also assisted by financial advisor Astris Finance.

Natixis Energeco was assisted by De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés, in particular Sylvie Perrin and Jonathan Souffir (Partners) and Claire Haas, as well as OST Energy for technical aspects.
