Partner Joan Fife spoke at the inaugural San Francisco Bay Area Chapter event for the Institute for Advanced Corporate Counsel (iACC) on Friday, June 1, 2012 at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport. The iACC full-day seminar covered advanced topics focusing on current developments and legal updates that impact Silicon Valley businesses and in-house legal practices.
Winston & Strawn moderated the panel titled, "Employment Law Update: Significant Developments in Litigation, Class Actions, and ADR." This panel discussed:
