Winston & Strawn Recognized in American Lawyer Pro Bono Rankings

Winston & Strawn was ranked 18^th in the American Lawyer's annual pro bono rankings, which lists the nation's 200 highest-grossing firms by their level of pro bono service. This is the firm's highest-ever ranking and a substantial increase from last year's ranking of 31. 

The total score is determined by two factors: the average number of pro bono hours per lawyer in 2012 and the percentage of lawyers who performed more than 20 hours of pro bono work.  More than 68% of Winston attorneys achieved the participation threshold of 20 pro bono hours in 2012 and contributed an average of 89 hours per lawyer.
