Winston Team Receives a Shout Out in Litigator of the Week Column

A Winston & Strawn team including Jeffrey Kessler, David Greenspan, Sarah Viebrock, and Gabi Wolk were featured in The Am Law Litigation Daily’s Litigator of the Week column on April 21, 2023.

Their recognition is a result of a ruling this week knocking out a lawsuit Garth Drabinsky brought against their client Actors’ Equity Association after the Broadway producer was put on the union’s “Do Not Work List.” U.S. District Judge Lorna Schofield in Manhattan last week found the union’s actions were directly linked to its core goals of maintaining wages and working conditions and Drabinsky’s federal antitrust claims were barred by the statutory exemption for labor unions.
