Megan is a litigation associate whose practice comprises a range of government investigations, regulatory matters, and complex commercial litigation matters.
Megan also maintains a robust pro bono practice with a focus on cases involving prisoner’s rights.
Before joining Winston, Megan served as a legal intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and as a judicial extern in the Central District of California for the Chief Magistrate Judge Patrick J. Walsh. Megan also worked as a certified law student for the USC Post Conviction Justice Project where she represented incarcerated people in parole hearings.
Megan received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2024 where she served as senior editor of the Southern California Law Review and as a student supervisor for the Post Conviction Justice Clinic. She received a B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2020.
