Victor Barnett

As director of attorney recruiting & development, Victor provides oversight and strategic direction for entry-level and lateral non-partner attorney recruiting and integration activities. He works closely with firm leadership, hiring partners, and the Diversity & Inclusion Committee to drive the strategy, processes, and metrics that ensure the firm hires the best legal talent. He is also responsible for law school relations and diversity-focused pipeline programs.
