An experienced litigator with a penchant for efficiency, Marcia has led a broad array of WLS teams tasked with managed review, translation, legal services, and numerous other projects to meet specific client needs. She prioritizes process improvement and technology adoption as core strategies to deliver cost-effective solutions for WLS clients. With more than a decade of experience at Winston, Marcia has developed a strong track record of managing remote teams and aligning individual experience with each client’s specific needs and workflow preferences. A highly engaged manager, Marcia seeks out training and development opportunities for each Winston Legal Solutions team member—from managers to support staff—to ensure that each individual has the skills and appropriate project assignments to maximize productivity and deliver exceptional client service.

Prior to joining Winston & Strawn, Marcia practiced as an attorney at an Am Law 50 law firm.
