Tyler focuses his practice on complex commercial and patent litigation. He represents both patent owners and accused infringers in intellectual property disputes, covering a wide array of technologies including energy, oil & gas, telecom, computer hardware and software, point-of-view action cameras, movable barrier operators, and shipment tracking systems.
Tyler further has advised clients on various intellectual property matters, including the assessment of IP portfolios of target companies in the chemical and oil and gas sectors and issues relating to copyrights and trade secrets relating to proprietary software.
Tyler externed for the Honorable Noelle C. Collins of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Education
Tyler received his B.S. in chemical engineering from Louisiana State University in 2017 along with minors in chemistry and business administration. He received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy. He was also a Washington University Scholar in Law Recipient, a member of the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Team, and president of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
