Jennifer advises clients on estate and gift tax, wealth transfers, charitable gifts, asset protection, and general business matters. Jennifer works with high-net worth individuals, business owners, charitable organizations, and families and their advisors.
An experienced trial attorney, Jennifer helps beneficiaries understand and enforce their rights in contested probate cases. Prior to joining Winston, she was an Assistant Public Defender in Philadelphia serving in the Major Trials Unit where she handled hundreds of hearings and tried dozens of misdemeanor and felony cases to verdict.
Jennifer received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was a member of the National Law Students Association, a regional champion of the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition, recipient of the Midwest BLSA Award for outstanding leadership and service as well as the Norman Amaker Memorial Scholarship. She received her B.A. from Indiana University-Bloomington, where she studied Political Science and International Studies.
