David A. Bujarski

Dave focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, antitrust, and intellectual property. He leverages his business background to understand client needs and factors driving clients’ business and how to apply them in a litigation context.
Dave has counseled and worked on cases on both sides of antitrust claims. He also has experience in the energy and infrastructure sector and is a member of the firm's Videogame, Gaming and Esports Group dedicated to providing comprehensive legal solutions to companies in these industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Dave interned at a personal injury firm in Austin specializing in aviation accidents and was also an attaché at the Idaho State Senate.
He has pro bono experience in a variety of matters, including immigration and teaching non-lawyers to advocate for themselves in administrative settings as well as impact litigation advocating for HIV-positive servicememebers.
Dan was recognized in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America in the area Commercial Litigation.

Education
Dave received his B.B.A., summa cum laude, in International Business and Economics from the University of Oklahoma in 2016, where he was a National Merit Scholar. He received his J.D., with Honors, from the University of Texas at Austin Law School in 2020, where he was a Staff Editor for The Review of Litigation, and was recognized as a Dean’s Presidential Scholar.
Dave has working proficiency in German.
