Christopher advises clients on a wide range of complex debt financing transactions, with an emphasis on structured finance.
Christopher advises clients in structuring, documenting, negotiating, and administering various forms of complex debt financing transactions, with an emphasis on structured finance and secured lending transactions. He represents multinational banks, finance companies, issuers, borrowers, and placement agents in securitizations, term and warehouse asset-based financings, and forward-flow arrangements. His experience involves a broad range of asset classes, including equipment leases, trade receivables, litigation finance receivables, agricultural loans, CLOs, consumer loans, aircraft leases, and capital call rights.
He also represents borrowers and lenders in connection with the financing of residential and commercial mortgage loans and master servicing rights under repurchase agreements and loan and security agreements.
In addition, he counsels clients on entity formation and related corporate governance matters.
Christopher was recognized in the 2024 edition of The Legal 500 US as a “Key Lawyer” for Structured Finance: Securitization.
Christopher received his B.S., cum laude, from Montclair State University in 2013. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2016 where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
