Malcolm focuses his practice on internal and government investigations, antitrust, sports, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Winston, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Thomas L. Kirsch II in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Malcolm joins the firm from Winston’s summer associate program and is a former project assistant within the Litigation Department. His experience includes conducting legal research, assisting with deposition preparation, reviewing key documents, conducting witness interviews, drafting motions and memoranda, and developing case strategy. Malcolm maintains an active pro bono practice.
Malcolm earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2023 where he was a Board Member on the University’s Board of Athletics and notes editor for the Journal of Ethics and Public Policy. While in law school, Malcolm was a member of the Barristers National Trial Team and won the Kyle D. Smith for excellence in Mock Trial. Malcolm received his B.S. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University in 2019.
