Jeremy is a capital markets associate in the New York office. He has experience representing SPACs, targets, underwriters, and PIPEs in connection with SPAC transactions, including IPOs and de-SPACs. He also has experience forming entities, drafting corporate organizational documents, and preparing operating and subscription agreements for SPAC transactions.
