Caitlyn A. Cheleden

Caitlyn is experienced in managing all aspects of litigation and other adverse proceedings, including directing and managing strategic approaches to discovery and investigative requests, drafting dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, supervising local counsel and discovery counsel, and advising in-house counsel. She has served as lead associate in multiple federal jury trials and has argued motions and examined witnesses in both state and federal courts.
